Background

SWISSDAYS was held to celebrate the 150th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Swiss and Japan. Highlighting the event with a huge booth baring the white cross motif, we arranged Swiss Sumo demonstrations, a talk-show, and live performances by top Swiss artists. We also displayed 3D Projection Mapping on a 10.6m high screen while serving Swiss wines and cuisine at the venue. (Partner: Eat Creative)

What we did

Providing an opportunity to experience Swiss culture, music, sports and products, we were responsible for the venue planning, the event decoration, contents planning and PR activities. Tokyo was unexpectedly hit by the heaviest snowfall in 20 years, and we posted images of the venue with white snow on social media – we turned a negative into positive PR material. As a result, the media and many of the news programs covered the event, and we succeeded in gathering a lot of visitors.
