採用までの流れ / Steps to recruitment

1.エントリー / Application
下記「エントリー」よりエントリーしてください。 / Please apply from the following “entry” form.
2.一次選考 / First selection
エントリーシートまたは自己PR動画による選考を行います。 / We will screen the application documents or  the self-promotion video.
3.適性検査 / Aptitude test
書類選考通過の方に適性検査をご案内します。 / Whoever passed the first selection can take the aptitude test.
4.二次選考 / Second selection
グループディスカッションを行います。 / Discussion with multiple people.
5.最終選考 / Final selection
個人面接を行います。/ Interview one each.
6.内定 / Offer

通常コース / Normal course
語学レベルは問わず、ご応募いただけます。/ All English levels are welcome to apply.
グローバルチャレンジコース / Global challenge course

・ビジネス会話レベルの英語力 (TOEIC 800点以上、IELTS 6.5以上、英検準1級程度の英語力を基準とする)
・日本語での日常会話がスムーズに行える方 (日本語能力検定N1以上に相当する日本語力)
※各スコアは必須ではありません。・Business level English proficiency
(equivalent to TOEIC score of 800 or above, IELTS score of 6.5 or above, or EIKEN Level 1 is the standard.)
・Ability to smoothly carry out daily conversation in Japanese
(equivalent to JLPT N1 level)
※Scores are not requied.

勤務時間 / Working hours

10am~19pm(1 hour break・8hours on actual working)

特別休暇(32制度「プライベートしっかり休暇」、夏季、年末年始、慶弔、出産・育児・介護等)More than 120 days off per year
2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, paid vacations (3 days granted on the day of joining the company, after which they are granted as required by law),
and Special leave (32 system “Private Firm Leave”, summer, year-end and New Year holidays, congratulation or condolence, maternity, childcare, nursing care, etc.)
給与 / Salary
From 3.6 million yen per year (monthly salary of 300,000 yen)
※Monthly salary includes allowance for overtime (45 hours).
If hours exceed 45 hours in a month, a separate allowance will be paid..
昇給・賞与 / Salary increase and bonuses
[昇給] 年1回(7月)
[賞与] 業績に応じたインセンティブ賞与を支給する場合があります。[Salary increase] Once a year (July)
[Bonuses] Incentive bonuses may be paid based on performance.
