SUNNY SIDE UP Inc. (headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Masato Kokubo, President; hereinafter “the Company”) will greatly strengthen its recruitment of bilingual personnel regardless of nationality in order to respond to the rapidly increasing number of inquiries from overseas clients about expanding their business in Japan.

Due to the impact of the spread of COVID-19, the number of inquiries from foreign companies, which had been temporarily decreasing, is now rapidly increasing. This is due to the presence of foreign companies aiming to enter the Japanese market as a result of the rapid depreciation of the yen, signs of revitalization of inbound business due to deregulation, and the fact that foreign companies are seeking business partners in Japan in the Web 3.0 world that transcends national borders.We will respond appropriately to these factors and strengthen our recruitment of global human resources in the hiring of new graduates in 2023 with the aim of further business expansion.

Although the economic environment surrounding Japan remains difficult due to the weak yen and high prices, we will take advantage of the weak yen as a business opportunity to promote “inbound consumption,” which is expected to make a significant positive contribution to the Japanese economy, and to expand our overseas business into Japan.
