W society: Transforming society and the future of women

Overview
With the vision of “Transforming society and the future of women,” we support PR for the ‘W society’ project, which aims to realize a “society where all women can build fulfilling lifestyles with satisfaction” by designing women’s empowerment from both the physical (W) and social (society) perspectives. We are conducting comprehensive PR activities, including casting ambassadors, holding events, creating creative designs, and managing social media.

Activities
① Aiming for social implementation and transformation under the three themes of “Know,” “Learn,” and “Change”
This project was formed to address the two major issues of “physical challenges” and “social challenges” surrounding women in Japan, and to aim for solutions from both sides of the issues with the entire society. It is promoted as a social participation project involving cross-industry, government, and academia collaboration.
② Providing an opportunity to “know your own body.” Implementation of the enlightenment campaign “egg week”
From Thursday, October 28, 2021, to Thursday, November 4, we conducted a campaign to enlighten people and give women and society “awareness” by creating opportunities to know their own bodies. We positioned “knowing” one’s current situation as the starting point for solving problems, and created opportunities to consider “future options” while improving literacy regarding the “AMH test,” a type of hormone test for women.
③ Implementation of influencer and ambassador participation-type online and offline events
We held press conferences and online conferences with the participation of judoka Uta Abe, model Seina Shimabukuro, and model Mira Hasegawa, who agreed with the project as W society ambassadors. In addition to operating owned media, we are disseminating messages such as pre-conception care through publicity in TV, newspapers, magazines, and the web. We plan to expand content with the themes of “Know,” “Learn,” and “Change” in the future.
