Comprehensive PR for “ZEALS,” from AI Customer Service Agents to Corporate Branding

Corporate PR for the AI startup “ZEALS,” and PR for the AI customer service agent “Omakase AI” and the humanoid robot business “Omakase Robotics”.

“Information overload” and “consumption fatigue” from a consumer perspective, as well as social issues from a business perspective such as “labor shortages,” “rising labor costs,” and “regional depopulation,” were used as hooks for information development.

Planning and execution of a media briefing titled “The Rise of Voice AI and the Future of the E-commerce Market,” PR activities such as inviting media to “Proof-of-Concept Experiments for Humanoid Robots in Medical Settings,” and involvement in mass marketing areas such as OOH and taxi advertisements linked to PR and promotions.

● Sublimating product strengths into social value

We contributed to enhancing brand value beyond product perfection by linking ZEALS' world-class AI technology to social phenomena and consumer trends. From a consumer perspective, these include "information overload" and "consumption fatigue," while from a business perspective, they include "labor shortages," "rising labor costs," and "regional depopulation." To promote the product's functionality and innovation, we planned information dissemination alongside familiar everyday issues.

● Planning and execution of media briefings and public demonstrations of proof-of-concept experiments

We planned and executed media events such as "The Rise of Voice AI and the Future of the E-commerce Market" and "Proof-of-Concept Experiments for Humanoid Robots in Medical Settings." In addition to product-centric PR, we intentionally positioned CEO Shimizu as an expert capable of discussing the entire industry from his unique perspective, highlighting the significance of a Japan-originated startup developing OS for these fields and robotics. Despite the challenges of securing media exposure in the BtoB sector, within less than a year of PR activities, we secured numerous media placements and inquiries from quality outlets such as Nikkei and Nikkei BP, as well as broadcasts on TV Tokyo's "WBS," Nippon TV, and TBS's "N Suta."

● Expanding presence in the AI field alongside praise from the client's executive officer
