We organized a “New Service Launch Event” for robot home, a proptech company that operates under the vision “Transform housing through technology, transform the world.”

As robot home’s first PR event, we not only handled event production and media promotion, but also developed information to secure coverage through PR strategies that considered not only the novelty of the service but also current social conditions.

● Niche Information Poses Media Outreach Challenge

Within the finance and investment sector, "real estate investment" is the main product offering. Due to the nature of the service, information is targeted toward high-net-worth individuals, resulting in a challenge of media promotion with a limited target audience.

● Shifting Perspective to Promote the Business Model

Since service information aimed at investors would limit the target audience, we developed information for the launch event by linking it to inflation (rising prices) and soaring rent issues, shifting the perspective to "why we can provide high-quality properties to consumers at fair prices," and implemented promotion accordingly.

成果

● Successfully Attracted a Wide Range of Media, Including Business Publications and Specialized Journals

By emphasizing the business model, we secured attendance at the launch event not only from real estate trade publications that showed interest, but also from business and economic media such as Toyo Keizai, President, and Nikkei.
After the event, all media outlets lined up to greet the president at a networking reception, resulting in client satisfaction.
