The limited-time event “TOKYO BLOCKS PARK!” was held from Wednesday, October 22, 2025 to Saturday, November 1, 2025, utilizing three alleyway spaces in the Yaesu and Nihonbashi areas in front of Tokyo Station. Through dining, interaction, and experiences, it created a “new public space where people and the city intersect,” transforming the alleyways, where unique shops with a traditional charm and rooted in the community stand side by side, into bright and open spaces, and developing mechanisms that make people want to stop by. SUNNY SIDE UP developed angles such as economic and lifestyle contexts, contributing to the expansion of awareness not only of the event but also of the Yaesu and Nihonbashi areas.

● Solving the problems of smoking and littering in alleyways
An initiative as a demonstration experiment to create bright alleyway spaces while preserving the traditional charm and local character amidst large-scale development. We promoted the social significance of this project, which goes beyond being just a food event.

● Developed various hooks related to the economy and lifestyle
Implemented approaches tailored to the characteristics of each medium. Developed PR hooks from various angles and implemented communication, including the context of activities with social significance, or the context of creating a lively town and food event near the Yaesu exit of Tokyo Station, which has a good location.
成果
● Acquired exposure on 3 programs in different genres
As a lifestyle event, it was featured in the opening of "Mezamashi TV," and as urban development utilizing alleyways, it was featured in a total of 3 programs, "WBS" and "Horijun Live Junction." In addition to event exposure, it was also introduced in the context of the Yaesu redevelopment (TOFROM YAESU) that Tokyo Tatemono is working on with rights holders, which helped to raise awareness of Yaesu's past, present, and future.
