Overview
Since April 2021, the “Project for Transforming Tourism Services and Creating Tourism Demand through the Promotion of DX” has been implemented to create new tourism content and value that is not bound by conventional methods, with the aim of expanding consumption opportunities for travelers and increasing the consumption unit price of travelers. We held online webinars that took into account the tourism industry during the COVID-19 pandemic and its associated digitalization, as well as online results reports on adopted projects.

Activities
① Implemented PR activities for online webinars for tourism operators held in December.
In addition to media with high interest in the tourism industry, we developed and disseminated information through media with high interest in technology information, using DX as a hook.
② A report meeting was held to review and share the results of each project implemented throughout the year in FY2021.
While working with the production/promotion team, we constructed everything from the overall concept of the report meeting to the talk content. In addition to these activities, we are also responsible for PR activities using the media, and are promoting activities to media with affinity, such as tourism media, technology media, and local media.
③ Created interview opportunities between SSU clients on the theme of “DX,” which is attracting attention in various industries.
We conducted a dialogue interview between the Japan Tourism Agency, which promotes DX in the tourism industry, and Palo Alto Insight, a DX professional, and disseminated the dialogue through the media.
