Shake Shack is known as a new style of burger restaurant originating in New York.
This brand, which upholds the principles of high-quality, safe, and reliable ingredients, environmentally conscious store design, and contribution to the local community, has received numerous awards, including being selected as “the most popular New York restaurant” in the 2014 edition of the restaurant guide “Zagat NYC.”“
Starting with PR activities for the first store opening in Japan in November 2015, we have since supported PR activities in Japan for sequentially opening stores, provided menus, and local community activities.

We plan and implement PR and media promotion measures in Japan. We appropriately plan tasting events and store previews inviting influential media (TV, magazines, newspapers, WEB), food journalists, Instagrammers, and celebrity talents, and conduct PR activities. We also coordinate interviews with NY headquarters executives (CEO, menu development managers, etc.) through individual interviews, and implement PR promotion measures to maximize media exposure and promote buzz. By reverse-calculating from the expected media exposure, we also develop and control the information to be provided to the media, thereby contributing not only to expanding awareness of stores and menus, but also to improving branding.
