(Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Etsuko Tsugihara; hereinafter “the Company”) has won “Best Culture of the Year” and “Diversity and Inclusion Company of the Year” in the People & Company Awards category at the “PR Awards Asia-Pacific 2026,” hosted by “Campaign Asia-Pacific,” a leading global advertising and marketing trade media outlet. Notably, our Group was the only company to receive awards in both categories.

“Best Culture of the Year” recognized our efforts to foster a corporate culture that creates an environment where each employee can work authentically and thrive—such as an organizational climate that embodies “GOOD IMPACT GROUP” as a B Corp-certified company, unique internal communication initiatives, and our original employee benefits program, “32 Benefits.”

In addition, “Diversity and Inclusion Company of the Year” recognized the Group-wide commitment and initiatives to promote D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) under the leadership of our representative, Etsuko Tsugihara, who serves as Chair of the Diversity Promotion Committee of the Japan Business Federation (Keidanren). We are advancing initiatives to create an environment where each member—across diverse life stages and backgrounds—can thrive, including an organizational structure in which women account for 62.0% of all employees and 50.0% of officers (executives). Our efforts toward sustainable human capital management driven by D&I led to this award.
