SUNNY SIDE UP Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masato Kokubo; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will significantly strengthen its recruitment of bilingual personnel of all nationalities in order to respond to the rapidly increasing number of inquiries regarding business development in Japan from overseas.
Inquiries from foreign companies, which had temporarily decreased due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, are now rapidly increasing. This is due to the presence of overseas companies aiming to enter the Japanese market due to the rapid depreciation of the yen, signs of revitalization of inbound business due to deregulation, and the fact that overseas companies are seeking business partners in Japan in the world of Web 3.0, which transcends national borders.
We will respond appropriately to these needs and aim for further business expansion, and will also strengthen the recruitment of global personnel in 2023 new graduate recruitment.
Although the economic environment surrounding Japan remains severe due to the weak yen and high prices, we will seize this weak yen as a business opportunity and promote “inbound consumption,” which will greatly contribute to the Japanese economy, and the entry of overseas businesses into Japan. We will quickly hire global personnel regardless of nationality, age, or gender, and strengthen our internal structure.
