We held a conference that brought together head doctors from global sports teams and sports and food experts for the first time in Asia.
This conference, which featured guests representing various fields such as sports, entertainment, medicine, and food, gained media exposure from a wide range of perspectives. As a result, it greatly contributed to spreading the existence and activities of the “Sports Doctors Network (SDN),” which had low recognition in Japan at the time.

● Low recognition in Japan, media also skeptical
Although it is a group of experts comprised of head doctors supporting the world's top clubs, such as Real Madrid (soccer), the New York Yankees (MLB), and the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA), because it had no track record of activities in Japan, initially there was considerable skepticism from the media regarding "what kind of organization it is," and acquiring promotion and media exposure required a challenge.

● Proposed acquiring advance exposure to raise awareness
Therefore, in order to have them understand the essential value of the organization, we proactively implemented tie-up projects with leading sports media in Japan and individual interviews with doctors prior to the conference. As a result of these advance interviews, we gained exposure in major sports newspapers and prominent soccer media. In particular, we achieved significant results, including print publication in influential sports newspapers.
成果
● Wiped out skepticism by utilizing advance exposure. Succeeded in attracting many media outlets
By expanding the exposure in influential sports magazines acquired in advance to other media, we dispelled the initial skeptical image of SDN.
As a result, on the day of the conference, we had nearly 30 media outlets and a total of more than 30 reporters attend. After the event, we gained exposure in various newspapers and over hundreds of articles in web media, garnering high interest and trust in our activities.
