Supporting the Woman Innovation Association in its efforts to promote the United Nations-designated “International Women’s Day” (March 8) in Japan.We handled the PR for “International Women’s Day | HAPPY WOMAN AWARD 2019,” which recognizes women who are expected to play an even greater role in the future.

Activities

We conducted PR activities centered around the awards ceremony to establish “International Women’s Day” as a new cultural norm in Japan. In addition, as one of our company’s unique employee benefits, the “32 Systems,” we established March 8 as “Premium Women’s Day.” On this day, we encourage employees to finish work by 3:00 PM and show our appreciation to our hard-working female members by giving them gifts such as deli foods, housekeeping services, and head spas.
