PR support to promote the introduction of peer bonus® “Unipos,” which visualizes contributions and strengthens organizations!
Overview
We implemented PR activities to promote awareness and increase the number of companies adopting the peer bonus ® service “Unipos,” which was launched in June 2017 and allows colleagues working together to send each other words of appreciation and small amounts of salary. By gaining a lot of exposure, especially in business media, we spread the concept of “peer bonus ®,” which was not well known at the beginning of the activity, and contributed to the promotion of Unipos implementation. The number of companies that have implemented the service reached 200 (as of January 2019) in about one and a half years since its launch, and then exceeded 300 in September 2019, showing rapid growth.

Support for planning and implementation of ® measures and general public relations for the peer bonus Unipos service “PR.”
In addition to press releases on performance such as the number of companies that have implemented the system and the cumulative amount of peer bonuses ®, we create media promotion materials on trends such as HR tech and salaries, as well as president profiles, to stimulate media interest. In addition, we attracted media to various seminars and events, and created topics through awareness surveys.
