“If you volunteer for more than 4 hours, you can participate in a live performance by a famous artist.” Artists such as Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and MAROON5 cooperated, and “RockCorps” became a hot topic with more than 140,000 volunteer participants in 9 countries around the world. In 2014, “RockCorps supported by JT,” the first in Asia, was held in Fukushima, Japan, with the aim of supporting reconstruction from the Great East Japan Earthquake. A total of 144 volunteer programs were held, mainly in the disaster-stricken areas, with a total of 4,478 participants. The “Celebration” live event held on September 6 featured four artists: Kobukuro, May J., flumpool, and NE-YO, and brought together 4,103 volunteer participants.

SUNNY SIDE UP collaborated with the social production company “RockCorps” and, as the main organizer of the “RockCorps supported by JT” Executive Committee, was responsible for promoting the entire project, including sales to sponsoring companies essential for implementation, relationships with cooperating organizations that support implementation, overall management of volunteer programs, planning, operation, and production of concerts, and PR and promotion activities. A total of 144 volunteer events were held, with a total of 4,478 participants, and the total working hours created amounted to 17,912 hours. As a result, it was reported on approximately 60 programs including special features, and was also featured in numerous newspapers, magazines, and websites, and was evaluated as having created a new volunteer movement.
