We are in charge of the comprehensive communication design for Suzette Co., Ltd., which owns Henri Charpentier, a leading Japanese confectionery brand that was founded in 1969 in Ashiya, Hyogo as a café serving authentic dessert “Crêpe Suzette,” and C3, which leads the station-based and near-station market with its casual lineup.

Activities

We are responsible for developing corporate and brand messages, formulating PR strategies, and consulting on all contact points with customers, from website creation to SNS measures, as well as in the PR domain. We support brand understanding and awareness improvement to continue lighting happiness, joy, and surprise in people’s hearts through sweets, including product PR for Henri Charpentier, which emphasizes beautiful table desserts, branding through the flagship store “Ginza Maison,” popularization activities for the “world’s best-selling financier” that has won Guinness World Records, and dissemination of corporate philosophy through top interviews.
