Overview
“MAX BRENNER,” a chocolate brand founded in Israel in 1996, offers a unique chocolate menu in a theme park-like setting, based on the concept of “proposing new ways to enjoy chocolate.” The popular brand, which has expanded to over 40 stores worldwide, including NY, made its debut in Japan in 2013. It was widely featured in the media and became a hot topic, with its first Japanese store in Omotesando becoming so popular that it had long queues every day, and it was also ranked in Nikkei Trendy’s hit product rankings.

Planned and implemented PR promotion measures for the first landing in Japan.
We implemented PR promotion measures to maximize media exposure at the time of the opening, such as holding advance tasting events to create a sense of anticipation before the opening. We created a strategic PR plan, taking into consideration the timing, target, and appeal points to become a “shop with a queue,” and supported all aspects of PR for the first entry into Japan.
