Dividend policy

We recognize that enhancing corporate value over the medium to long term and providing direct returns to shareholders through dividends are important management issues.
Our Articles of Incorporation stipulate that we can pay interim dividends. While our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once a year, we also intend to implement flexible profit returns in addition to stable dividends with a payout ratio of approximately 30%, after taking into account the maintenance of a sound financial position and the enhancement of internal reserves for proactive business development.
Based on the above, the annual dividend for the fiscal year ending June 2025 is planned to be 22 yen per share (interim dividend of 7 yen and year-end dividend of 15 yen), and the forecast for the annual dividend for the fiscal year ending June 2026 is 24 yen per share (interim dividend of 11 yen (actual) and year-end dividend of 13 yen).
