Thank you for your continued support of SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP.

This year marks our 40th anniversary. The company started in 1985, the year the Equal Employment Opportunity Law for Men and Women was enacted, in a small one-room apartment in Nakano. I was still a teenager.

Supported by colleagues who sympathized with our desire to “Let’s Have Fun!,” clients who trusted us with their work, and over 8,000 shareholders who entrusted us with the future, we are now moving into a new phase with over 400 members.

Looking back, these past 40 years have been filled with days of being so engrossed in the work in front of us that we kept running. However, now that we have many stakeholders, we strongly feel the need to turn our attention to society as a whole as a company.

Although we are still a small company, we are confident that there is a role that only a small organization can play. By leveraging our agility and flexibility and accumulating small changes, we want to deliver our unique “impact” to the world.

To that end, what is indispensable is “human capital” who can share our vision. We are focusing on creating an environment that respects the diversity of work styles and lifestyles and supports well-being. From now on, we will actively utilize AI to not only improve operational efficiency, but also consider the “extra time” that is created as a result to be the potential of our business.

That feeling remains unchanged even now.

We will continue to envision a future in which small accumulations eventually create a positive cycle in society and spread as “Let’s Have Fun!”
