SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP encourages the acquisition of paid leave for International Women’s Day on March 8th, as designated by the United Nations, as “Health Cure DAY ~A Day to Take Care of Your Body~.” The encouraged acquisition period will be the eight days from March 1st to 8th, which is “Women’s Health Week” as designated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

“Health Cure DAY” is a day to “Cure” (= heal) one’s own body. We encourage not only female members but all members to create opportunities to face their own physical and mental wellness, which tends to be put off. In particular, we encourage medical examinations and consultations at gynecology and other clinics.

As part of our “Social Action,” we have been addressing the issue of “women’s empowerment” in Japan, planning PR campaigns involving multiple companies to help promote and raise awareness of “International Women’s Day” in Japan, and establishing our own welfare system, “Dear WOMAN System,” to support women’s wellness. We have been promoting initiatives both inside and outside the company.

We aim to create a society in which each and every member, not only women, can enhance their physical and mental wellness and realize their own way of life and work by curing their own bodies, starting with “International Women’s Day.”
