Since our founding in 1985, we have grown as a PR company handling athlete management, literally alongside the content of “sports.” Currently, we are also heavily involved in the planning and operation of international sporting events held in Japan, steadily expanding our sports marketing domain.
Because we understand the value of sports better than anyone else, we believe that we must not neglect our own health due to being busy. Therefore, we have been promoting the creation of an environment that supports the health and lives of our employees, such as the “Club Activity Support” system, the “Happiness Doesn’t Come Walking” system, and the “Aim! A Body” system, which encourage voluntary sports opportunities.
We believe that the health of our members leads to improved creativity and productivity, which is the driving force behind our slogan, “fun buzz.” We will continue to strive to improve the value of sports and increase the sports population through interaction with sports.

■ Creation of sports opportunities utilizing online resources
Until last year, we recommended participation in various sports events, but the number of events held has decreased dramatically due to the impact of the novel coronavirus. Even in such a situation, we are utilizing online tools to hold “online yoga classes” with external trainers and “online radio exercises” voluntarily by members. While opportunities to exercise and communicate among employee members were lacking due to self-restraint from going out, we are creating “opportunities for members to play sports.”
■ “Happiness Doesn’t Come Walking” System
This system is aimed at improving members’ exercise habits, and sets rewards according to the number of steps based on a pedometer app. All employee members whose average daily number of steps exceeds 10,000 are paid “3,200 yen” as a monthly health reward grant.
■ “Club Activity Support” System
With the aim of deepening communication between members and achieving even higher performance in their work, we subsidize a portion of the expenses as club fees for officially recognized club activities within the company.
Currently, as officially recognized clubs, the futsal club, baseball club, golf club, Tokyo Runners (running) club, tennis club, etc. are active with full consideration for the health management of their members.
In addition, we have set up our own hashtag “#clubsunny” and members are sharing activity information on their own SNS. Professionals involved in communication are disseminating the appeal of sports themselves.
■ “Aim! A Body” System
This is a system that provides health incentive money to employee members who maintain and promote their own health through daily exercise habits and achieve the following target values in regular health checkups. All members are eligible, and if they obtain an A rating in the “Comprehensive Judgment” of the regular health checkup, they will be paid “32,000 yen” as a health incentive. In addition, members with a BMI value of “normal weight” or higher (25 or higher) are eligible, and “10,000 yen” is paid as a health incentive for each degree of decrease in the degree of obesity compared to the regular health checkup one year ago.
