Agile Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazunari Higuchi; hereinafter referred to as “Agile”), a group company of SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Etsuko Tsugihara; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), has entered into a consulting agreement with Impact Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasuo Fukui; hereinafter referred to as “Impact Holdings”) regarding sales strategies. In conjunction with this, Kazunari Higuchi, Representative Director of Agile Inc., has been appointed as a sales strategy advisor to Impact Holdings Co., Ltd.

Agile is a new business format/new product development support company established on July 1, 2020, with the aim of expanding the business domain and strengthening the integrated solution capabilities of the Company’s group. By establishing a new business format/new product development support company within the group, the Company’s group has evolved into a group structure that comprehensively solves the management and business challenges faced by each company, from the construction of management and business strategies to actual output.

■ Background to Appointment as Sales Strategy Advisor

Impact Holdings Co., Ltd., to which Mr. Higuchi has been appointed as a sales strategy advisor, is a business company that develops outsourcing businesses specializing in distribution and service stores. Due to the recent impact of the novel coronavirus, various changes are being demanded in the distribution
retail industries where the company operates, such as EC conversion, diversification of sales channels, promotion of digital transformation (DX) in in-store sales promotions, and hygiene measures in real stores.

Under these circumstances, Agile Inc., which specializes in “reorganization of existing businesses” and “development of new businesses,” will be in charge of consulting on Impact Holdings Co., Ltd.’s sales strategy, thereby maximizing the synergy sales (horizontal expansion of group products) that the company is focusing on. In addition, the company will strengthen its organizational structure to provide one-stop service from planning to execution in field marketing, thereby providing multifaceted support for the company’s “improvement of corporate value.”

Agile will continue to respond to the growth strategy needs of each company as a “project platform” that quickly and dynamically promotes the commercialization of each project, precisely because major transformations are imminent.
