This award recognizes the most successful headhunters of the year from among approximately 3,900 headhunters. The “MVP” award is given to headhunters who have achieved high overall results in the “Headhunter Score,” which is based on interview satisfaction and the number of successful placements. A total of seven headhunters are selected from each industry, and Ms. Sada was selected as the MVP in the “Advertising Entertainment Division.”
