SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Etsuko Tsugihara) and its consolidated subsidiaries have been implementing measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infection since the early stages. As of today, no members have been confirmed to have a positive reaction to the novel coronavirus.
In light of the lifting of the state of emergency by the government, we will respond with the following policies.
■ Response Policy
Our company and our consolidated subsidiaries will gradually lift the telecommuting shifts that we have been implementing and promote work at the office and telecommuting work outside the office.
1) Staggered Attendance System by Team
SUNNY SIDE UP Inc., which is the core of our group’s business, will divide a total of 166 members, accounting for approximately 90% of all members, into two teams (Yolk Team / White Team). We will adopt a “staggered attendance system” in which the teams that come to the office rotate every week. *Members belonging to the “Yolk Team” will in principle be in the office during odd-numbered weeks of each month, and members belonging to the “White Team” will in principle be in the office during even-numbered weeks of each month.

When coming to the office, we will avoid congestion and strive to be mindful of social distancing even after arriving at the office.
“Public Relations” means “creating new values and ways of thinking.” Now that we are about to enter a society that demands lifestyles and ways of working that are adapted to a different environment than before, the true value of “Public Relations” may be tested.
We believe that it is the responsibility of our group, which is involved in “Public Relations,” to practice “ways of working that are adapted to new lifestyles” that will serve as a model case for society and to create new value.
Going forward, our group will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our members and stakeholders, while creating new and exciting “fun commotion” in this new era.
