However, in accordance with the government’s extension of the state of emergency, our company’s response policy will continue for the same period (*). Our company and its consolidated subsidiaries will establish a system that allows members to choose a working style that suits their respective companies, departments, and duties, and will strive to encourage members to refrain from going out during the period.

A) Telecommuting Shift: A shift in which duties are performed at home.
Target: Primarily members engaged in sales, production, and planning positions.

B) Alternating Shift: A shift in which telecommuting and in-office work are performed on alternate days.
Target: Primarily members engaged in sales administration and management positions.

C) Hybrid Shift: A shift in which telecommuting and in-office work are incorporated within a single day.
Target: Primarily members engaged in duties with special circumstances.
