About the Whistleblower System

The Whistleblower System is a system for SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP Inc. and its subsidiaries to receive reports or consultations from officers, employees, etc. (including officers and employees of business partners) regarding organizational or individual legal violations or misconduct. In addition, the system is protected by our group’s regulations, etc. so that officers and employees who make reports or consultations are not disadvantaged as a result.

Acts Subject to Reporting

① Acts that violate laws and regulations
② Acts that are dangerous or may pose a danger to the safety and health of officers, employees, business partners, and other stakeholders
③ Acts that may damage the company’s reputation or social credibility due to concealment, destruction of evidence, or leakage of information regarding the above acts
④ Acts that violate the rules of employment and other internal regulations (excluding dissatisfaction with personnel treatment and matters pertaining to duty of effort)
⑤ Acts that violate the code of conduct in compliance activities

Whistleblower Contact Points

When using the system, please select either the internal or external contact point. We are enhancing the system by using a lawyer who has a duty of confidentiality as an external contact point.

How to Report

For consultations and reports, please use the “Whistleblower System Usage Form” and send it by email or mail.

If you do not use the “Whistleblower System Usage Form”, please check the “Items Required for Reporting/Consultation” below before using the contact point.

① Handling method (real name or anonymous or real name reporting with anonymous handling)
② Company name, department, and name of the contact point user *Please provide the company name even when using anonymously.
③ Means of contact for the contact point user (email address or phone number)
④ Purpose of use (reporting or consultation)
⑤ Details: Who (department/name), where, what, when, why, how
     Also, the reason why you thought the act was problematic, etc.

In the case of anonymous reports, sufficient investigation and appropriate feedback may not be possible. We can handle investigations, etc. anonymously, so please provide your name and contact information as much as possible. If you are concerned about anonymity, please use the external contact point.
