While aiming to increase the awareness and use of mobile wallet, this program encouraged people to think about social issues and to participate in supporting actions through sports activities.
What we did
We planned PR and promotion activities to increase the awareness and use of mobile wallet. Focusing on the social issue that everyday 3,800 children die due to poor environmental sanitation, we planned a program for runners to casually support UNICEF activities. At the same time, we organized seminars about running and charity-running events in the National Stadium to promote the usefulness of mobile wallet when running. Especially in the charity running events supporting the UN “World Water Day”, we created a unique donation program for runners to give a donation with their mobile wallet at each lap of the National Stadium. We provided an opportunity for a BtoB company to communicate in a BtoC way and also to optimize their CSR activities and increase their brand value. This project scheme received the Good Design Award by creating a new way of company’s social contribution through sports activities.
