In the case of football (or soccer), FIFA official agents and specialist agents cooperate with the international agent network, working to negotiate favourable conditions for affiliated players in terms of actual contracts with the relevant clubs, play environment and conditions and so on. In sports other than football, naturally the situation is similar, and based on our specialist experience, we work as agents to negotiate better environments for our clients. Also, utilising networks built up overseas we manage dealings with the press outside of Japan, and in the reverse, we act as agents in Japan for foreign athletes and artists etc. |
